THE VARIOUS REOCCURRING DUOS FROM 'THE PEANUTS'

Yeah, Charles Schulz had a tendency of pairing up his characters for particular story lines that continued on for decades in some cases. Each revisited from time to time that worked for building this beloved cast.

1. Charlie Brown and Snoopy: Snoopy is Charlie Brown's dog who acts more like a brother. Always gets the best of his owner. Snoopy is loyal to his Charlie Brown.

2. Charlie Brown and Linus: Best Friends though Linus is slightly younger. Linus offers Charlie Brown sage advice on loads of topics.

3. Charlie Brown and Peppermint Patty: Peppermint Patty always seems to like Charlie Brown as she calls him, 'Chuck' and makes references of how he is 'Sly Dog'

4. Charlie Brown and Lucy: Lucy is a huge critic of Charlie Brown who always convinces Mr. Brown to try to kick the ball even though she always will pull it away at the last moment.

5. Linus and Lucy: Brother and sister. She thinks his a bit of a baby. In spite of being smart and younger, Linus does carry a blue blanket. She tries to break him of that with very little success, ever.

6. Snoopy and Woodstock: Best friends to the end. Woodstock flies upside down with his head a bit dizzy at times, but will help out Snoopy always. Snoopy watches Woodstock's back too as again, Woodstock flies upside down.

7. Lucy and Schroeder: Schroeder plays a small piano. Loves Beethoven and Lucy loves Schroeder. Schroeder does not like Lucy. She spends much of the time hanging with him, at his piano, frankly telling him she is not a fan of classical music abd he seems not to care.

8. Peppermint Patty and Marcy: Patty the Tom Boy has a buddy that is very robotic. Bland even but loyal. Marcy is a very proper speaking intellect. Always calls Patty, 'Sir'. Very much a sidekick/minion.

9. Linus and Sally: Carlie Brown's little sister, Sally, is madly in love with Linus. She calls him, her 'Sweet Baboo'. Linus does not share this obsession she has.

10. Rerun and his mom: Linus and Lucy's little brother, who looks like Linus, Rerun provides commentary on the back of his mom's bicycle as they run errands together. We never see his mom.

11. Rerun and Snoopy: Rerun wants a dog and Snoopy is a dog that Rerun has his eyes set on.

12. Charlie Brown and Peggy Jean: Charlie Brown had a girlfriend he met at Summer Camp. She thinks his name is 'Brownie Charles due to him stumbli9ng over his words.

13. Charlie Brown and The Little Red Headed Girl: We never know her name but she bares a resemblance to Peggy Jean. This would be the first girl that Charlie Brown would have a crush on.

14. Peppermint Patty and Snoopy: Buddies as they share an interest in sports. Patty thinks Snoopy is Charlie Brown's ugly friend.

15. Charlie Brown and Sally: Brother and sister dynamic. Charlie Brown tries to be patient with his little sister who can be quite annoying. Only calls him, 'Big Brother'.
